All of our products are made to order and take 2 to 5 business days to produce. Keep in mind that this does not include the shipping/delivery time. Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number is sent to the email provided during checkout. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system. 

 All of our 3D printed items are made to order. Prints can take anywhere from 12-72 hours to be made, depending on size and detail, so shipping speeds will vary. Once printed and inspected, your item will be  shipped and your tracking number will be provided. 3D prints are shipped out within 7 days of ordering, unless printer issues arise. In this case, you will be notified and offered a 10% discount for delayed fulfillment or a refund. 

*Please note all of our 3D printed items are unique and no two products are the same. The surface will not be perfectly smooth as you can see the tiny layers of PLA that form the object. There may be small imperfections here and there as this is a property of the 3D printing process, rest assure, these minor flaws will not take away from the aesthetic of your piece. 

 Currently we are only shipping domestically. All orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days of being placed unless an item is back ordered. Expect an additional 4-7 days of processing on all back ordered items. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

Shipping prices are standard at $6.95. Expedited shipping is $9.95. All jewelry ships free! Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. 

 Please keep in mind that each item is made on demand, by hand. We take great pride in making sure your Lovin My Melanin purchase is as perfect as it can be. All products on this site are made to order so as a result we do not accept any returns or exchanges. 

All sales are final so please double check to make sure you are ordering the correct size product and using the correct address during checkout. If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it. Defective items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging. Only misprinted/damaged/

defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size after a clear picture of the defect is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at lovinmymelaninllc@gmail.com to file a claim.
